Fit Hostel near Keflavík Airport stands as a stark reminder of the cruelty embedded in Iceland’s asylum system, where people were confined for years, out of sight and without rights.This film follows the lives and resistance of those inside, and traces the early days of radical solidarity between asylum seekers and activists — the beginning of the No Borders movement in Iceland.
Join us for a screening of Fit Hostel, a documentary about the origins of our movement and the reality faced by asylum seekers in Iceland during those years.
