Fit for Life is a new chair-based fitness class supported by South Oxford Community Association (SOCA) and the Well Together programme.The class starts on October 1 and will run every Tuesday from 10-10:30am (term time) in the Gill Garratt Room in South Oxford Community Centre, Lake Street (OX1 4RP).
We will do bodyweight and resistance band exercises during this low impact 30-minute class. Then enjoy a free hot drink and cake in the Community Cafe afterwards.
£1 per class with all proceeds going to South Oxford Community Association.
