Fit For His Glory

Welcome to True Image Fitness! Ladies join us for our pop-up Fit For His Glory classes. Be a part of fun and energizing workout sessions that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Get ready to sweat it out and strengthen your body and spirit, with times of prayer and upbeat christian music.

Our two up coming dates are Thursday, October 17th, 2024 and Thursday, November 14th from 7-8 PM at 25A Hansen Road South.

• Oct 17, we will have a Dance Fit class, dance fitness class set to upbeat christian music!
• Nov 14th, it will be a Faith Fit Bootcamp class.It will be a combination of HIIT, bodyweight, circuit training, strength training and some dance!

This is your opportunity to connect with other faith- minded ladies , take care of your temple and praise God at the same time!

Come dressed in comfortable workout attire and bring along a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting out on your wellness journey, Fit For His Glory is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself and have a great time doing it.
