Welcome to Fit Fest Summer, Ottawa’s biggest fitness networking event, and this year is our biggest celebration yet.
Fit Fest Summer is proudly sponsored by Visit Barbados, Blume, Aqua Life Swim Academy, OPP, and many more sponsors we’ll be announcing over the coming weeks.
This is the 3rd edition of Fit Fest Summer and officially marks our 2 year anniversary. Not only that, but it’s also our founder’s birthday, so trust us when we say this is going to be a celebration you do NOT want to miss.
On July 25th, we’re bringing together fitness lovers, creators, athletes, entrepreneurs, wellness brands, and the Ottawa community for an unforgettable day focused on movement, networking, wellness, and good energy.
This year’s event will feature:

We’ll also have our New networking bracelets, designed to help attendees connect, meet new people, collaborate, and build community throughout the day.
Attendees will receive Fit Fest goody bags packed with products, samples, and surprises from some amazing brands.
We’re excited to also feature a mix of local health & wellness businesses alongside international brands you know and love setting up as vendors and activations at the event.
This year, we’ll also be awarding the Fit Fest Wellness Scholarship, designed to help 2 members in our community continue to strive for optimal health. More details on the scholarship will be announced soon through our Instagram and website.
