F.i.T. (Faith In Training) Free Group Workout Experience

FiT is more than a workout. It is a high-energy experience where fitness, faith, and community come together in a powerful and practical way.

Each session is designed for all fitness levels and includes a guided high-intensity group workout, a short and relevant message, and intentional time to connect with others. Whether you are just getting started or looking for a fresh reset, FiT creates space for you to grow stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually.

All equipment is provided on site. Just show up ready.

Before and after the workout, a live DJ creates a fun, welcoming, high-energy environment that makes this more than just a class. It is an experience.

Doors open at 5:30 PM to allow time for check-in, registration, and waiver completion. Please arrive early so you can get settled and be ready to start strong.
