Start your month with movement, connection, and recovery at Fit Club Happy Hour, happening every First Friday at MADabolic Jupiter.
We’ll begin with a 45-minute functional strength workout led by the MAD team, followed by a revitalizing yoga flow guided by rotating instructors from Village Yoga. This date will include a 20 minute stretch with Chelsea in addition to a relaxing sound bath with Sofia Drekou of Sofusion Yoga.
After class, stick around for rotating wellness activations including:
- ❄️ Cold plunge experiences
- 💆♂️ Chiropractic care by Dr. Vicent Ortiz of AlignCare Chiropractic
- 🛍️ Freebies, wellness goodies, and more!
