Designed for girls ages 9 to 12 and led by Kerry McCormick, this eight-week interactive program combines games and active play with conversations about general health, nutrition, mind/body awareness, and body image.
Our next Fit Club for Girls program runs on Thursdays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, September 25 through November 13. The cost of the full eight-week program is $200.
The class size is limited to 16 to promote group interaction and allow for one-on-one support.
