Fit Church

Fit Church is an opportunity to worship through movement and connect in a powerful, faith-filled community. This is not a traditional church service—it’s a gathering where workout and worship meet, and where every person is welcomed exactly as they are.

You do not need to be in the best physical shape to attend. Every workout is intentionally scalable, with options for all fitness levels, ages, and abilities. Whether you’re taking your first step back into fitness or looking for renewed motivation, you belong here.

What to Expect:

• Worship-centered music, prayer, and encouragement
• A supportive, judgment-free environment rooted in faith
  

Family Friendly:

The entire family is welcome. Please reserve a spot for each attendee.

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete the required liability paperwork before entering the gym floor. If you would prefer to complete this in advance, please contact us at (972) 832-0395, and we will be happy to assist you.
