Join us for a morning dedicated to health, wellness, movement, and community at the inaugural Fit at the Fort Wellness Festival!
Whether you’re looking to kick-start your wellness journey, discover new health resources, connect with local businesses, or simply enjoy a fun and energizing morning with friends and family, Fit at the Fort has something for everyone.
YOUR TICKET INCLUDES:
• Access to the Vendor Village featuring local wellness, fitness, nutrition, recovery, and health-related businesses
• Wellness demonstrations and interactive experiences
• Yoga sessions
• Recovery and self-care experiences, including cold plunge opportunities
• Health and wellness education
• Community fitness activities
• Opportunities to win prizes from participating vendors
• The Fort Pass Challenge
THE FORT PASS EXPERIENCE
Each attendee will receive a Fort Pass at check-in. Visit participating vendor booths and complete wellness challenges throughout the morning to earn punches on your pass. Completed Fort Passes can be turned in for entry into our prize drawings featuring products, services, and experiences donated by our amazing community partners.
VENDOR VILLAGE
Explore a variety of local businesses and organizations focused on:
• Fitness
• Nutrition
• Recovery
• Preventive Health
• Mental Wellness
• Holistic Health
• Medical and Wellness Services

LUNCH AVAILABLE
Lunch and refreshments will be available for purchase during the event.
