In honor of breast cancer awareness month, FIT4MOM is joining forces with Keep a Breast for a special FIT 4 Prevention workout class to not only provide prevention education for our community during a fun Stroller Strides workout, but to also fundraise for the Keep A Breast Foundation. Join FIT4MOM Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota at the Green @ UTC on Friday October 18th at 9am for a free donation based workout with a celebration afterwards with some special treats from community partners and a raffle giveaway!
With every form of fitness we participate in, we are actively reducing our breast cancer risk and with every dollar raised, we are spreading the Keep A Breast message of prevention and early detection!
