Fun for the whole family with the 2026 Fishing Derby at Marsha's Plantation! What can you expect? Team and individual fishing derby competition for a wide range of kids (littles less than 7, ages 8-16, and those 17+) with cash prizes for the longest bass, longest brim, and shortest fish for the day! If you're joining the team competition, compete for the most fish caught together! But it's so much more than fishing...
There will be a wide variety of other activities, arts and crafts, and snowcones and food will be available for a true family experience.
Awards from the Derby are expected by 12:00.
All proceeds from this event are being donated to the Marshes of Glynn Baptist Church building expansion project.
