On the first Tuesday of each month, our usual Yin Yoga class opens into a spacious 90-minute practice as an invitation to slow down, soften, and welcome a new month with intention ✨This extended class is seasonally inspired, offering long-held, supported poses that gently work into the deeper layers of the body. The pace is quiet and unhurried, giving you time to release tension, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself ❤️
Rather than rushing into the month ahead, join us in pausing first, creating space to let go of what’s complete, listen inward, and begin again with purpose. Breath awareness, moments of stillness, and gentle reflection are woven throughout the practice.
