First Tuesday Lecture presented by Dr. Daniel Blumlo. Join us for Ranked Choice Voting: Panacea or Placebo? This presentation will explain the history of alternate voting systems, like Ranked Choice Voting, describe how they work, and finally will examine the research behind whether or not RCV is a cure-all to America's electoral problems.
