Our brew team gets to taste all of our beers at every stage of their production process, but normally you don't! Well, we didn't think that was fair, so every first Tuesday of the month we tap a special Faß keg (German gravity keg) at 5:30pm of a young version of our beer so you can see the difference compared to when it is finally mature. If you're a fan of kellerbier, you'll love our First Tuesdays.
This month's beer: Young Chela Negra (about a month from serving)! Younger versions of corn lagers really draw out the corn characteristics. This slightly toasty, amber colored Mexican lager is an end of year favorite and is already tasting delightful.
