First to Fast Track Session - NYC
About this Event
Welcome to the First to Fast Track Session, a high-energy, expert-led track workout designed to help you get faster, feel stronger, and build real confidence in your speed training alongside an incredible community of runners!
Join us at the iconic Icahn Stadium on Saturday, June 27 for one of two guided speed workouts led by Runna's very own Kayla Jeter.
Interval training is often the part of a training plan that feels the most daunting, but now it doesn't have to be! Whether you're a seasoned Runna user or just getting started with your training, this is your chance to experience one live, guided by a Runna expert, and leave with the confidence to tackle them on your own. All paces and abilities welcome!
Expect energizing DJ sets, post-workout fuel, exclusive giveaways and the electric atmosphere you need to leave feeling stronger, fired up, and ready for everything ahead in your training journey.

Session 1:
8:30 am - Check in and Bag Drop Open
9:00 am - Coach Led Interval Workout
Set 1: 5 x 90 second repeats / 60 second rest
[Water Break]
Set 2: 5 x 45 second repeat / 45 second rest
10:00 am - Cool Down, Food, Beverages and Giveaways!
10:30 am - Session End
Session 2:
10:30 am - Check in and Bag Drop Open
11:00 am - Coach Led Interval Workout

If you’ve got an interval session in your plan that week, you can reschedule it using the Training Calendar feature in your Runna app and move your session to Saturday, June 27th. Head to the Plan tab and click the Calendar Icon in the top right corner.
