Whether you’re single or partnered up, this workshop is all about planting the seed that homeownership doesn’t have to wait for “someday” or “the one.”

Designed with first-time buyers (and first-time thinkers-about-buying) in mind, we’re breaking down the home-buying process in a way that actually makes sense—no jargon, no pressure, just real talk, creative strategies, and confidence-building knowledge… all over some Fat Tuesday-inspired snacks and bevs.

We’ll walk through:

• Common (and costly) home-buying mistakes—and how to avoid them
• How to navigate this market without spiraling
• How much money you actually need to get started (spoiler: maybe less than you think)
• The step-by-step process—from pre-approval to closing & beyond
