Wondering what to expect? We’ll start with a quick overview of how the home buying process actually works, then jump into a workshop-style breakdown with an awesome local lender and myself. We’ll walk through what lenders look for, how credit plays into buying a home, how much money you really need to get started, and what a realistic monthly payment looks like for you.

We’ll have bagels and refreshments, and you’ll get printouts to follow along and take home. You can keep things as personal or as private as you’re comfortable with, no pressure to share anything you don’t want to. The goal is to be real and transparent about what it actually takes to prep for buying a home.
