First Thought / Best Thought Ensemble presents SPACE | TIME | FUTURE, an afternoon of American experimental music as they return to Dissonant Works on Sunday, September 27 at 2pm.
The program will include terrestrial transmissions in John Cage’s Radio Music (1956). Pauline Oliveros’ Six for New Time (1999) announces the presence of a new temporal zone, while Terry Riley’s Olson III (1967) introduces the official music of the future.
