About this Event

FTOC aims to enhance CGOs’ leadership skills and job knowledge. Participants will benefit from valuable experiences and mentorship provided by Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and Field Grade Officers (FGOs). Through this course, CGOs will gain a deeper understanding of their roles within the organization, as well as the structure and functions of the enlisted and civilian workforce.
