First Tee Holland 2024 Putt Putt FunRaiser

We would LOVE for you to join us at our first annual Putt Putt outing benefitting First Tee West Michigan's Holland team. Like no other "golf" outing you've played in before. Our event is focused on fun, family, friends, food, and supporting a good cause. Don't worry about how you play! Success is measured by how much fun you have.

There are rumors a 25-foot inflatable dinosaur has been spotted in the area!!!

Tickets are $100 and include 4 golfers, all-you-can-eat gourmet hot dogs, drinks, ice cream, and popcorn.

Come play some putt putt, feed your entire family, have some laughs, and hear about what First Tee is doing in the Greater Holland area.

Event Details:

• Date: Friday, September 13th, 2024
• Location: Saugatuck Mini Golf, 3460 Blue Star Highway
• Time: 3 different flights (3pm, 5pm, 7pm)
• Equipment: We've got it all! Just bring your people!
• Age Range: 1-100
• Food and Drinks: will be provided on-site, cash bar for adults

Suggested Participation

• 3pm Flight - families with toddlers who are ok with maybe not making it through every hole
• 5pm Flight- adults, families with kids who have putt putted before
• 7pm Flight- adults, families with kids who have putt putted before

What is First Tee?

By seamlessly integrating the game of golf with character-building, First Tee creates learning experiences that help kids and teens uncover their inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that they can carry to everything they do. At First Tee, we’re Building Game Changers by empowering kids and teens to be the best version of themselves. Our Greater Holland Area includes Ottawa and Allegan County. We hold programming at Pigeon Creek GC, Three Fires GC, Macatawa Legends, Winding Creek GC, Clearbrook GC, and The Ravines.

Any child, age 7-17, is encouraged to participate in our programming, but our heartbeat is getting at-risk kids involved. We are trying to reach kids who wouldn’t have played golf if it wasn’t for the First Tee. Because we know if we can get kids involved, they are exposed to positive adult role models, our 5-key commitments (Pursuing Goals, Growing Through Challenge, Collaborating With Others, Positive Self Identity, Using Good Judgement), and an opportunity for hands-on learning lessons about respect, honesty, listening, and courtesy.

We offer 100% free programming, through scholarships, to students who qualify for Free Lunch at school. We fundraise to subsidize the cost of providing scholarships.
