Let's meet up and get moving! All ages and abilites are welcome! We'll be doing a fun group workout. Expect a variety of movements as well as running (or walking/jogging). WHERE: Meet at the bottom of the stairs at the southeast corner of the field.

While children are welcome to participate, background music may be explicit. As always, attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for any minor children in their care.
