Liz Pol is a 22-year veteran Chicago Police Officer, mental health professional with a master’s degree in forensic psychology, founder of Resilient Heroes, NFP, and a certified Suicide Psychological Autopsy Investigator. Drawing from both professional expertise and firsthand experience in public safety, Liz brings a unique perspective to understanding trauma, mental health, and suicide within the first responder community.
