Bring your kids pk4-12th grade out to FREELY join our dance groups. We will perform at Comal County fair, Wurstfest, Fredericksburg Octoberfest and a variety of other events. The only cost is you must buy your Student a Non Halloween costume traditional German outfit. Boys wear Lederhosen and girls wear a traditional dress called a Dirndle.
Group 1 of pk4-1st graders is 6:00-6:30
Group 2 of 1st-3rd graders is 6:30-7:00
Group 3 of 3rd-12th graders is 7:00-8:00
German dancing is the origin of Texas Country dancing and traditionally is centered around boy girl pairs, especially in groups 2 and 3 where the boys traditionally hold lead roles and the girls traditionally hold follow roles. If you have a boy bring them. Dancing is not just for girls.
