First novice wrestling match

WRESTLING MATCH UPDATES!!!!
Sunday is our first novice match and we have lots of new parents. It is at the Jm fieldhouse behind the football stadium. I will attach a screen shot of Google Maps in the comments. Check-ins are from 8-9, please try to be there by 830. You will see signs directing you to the check-in table. We will warm up as a team at 9:00. Wrestling will start at 10 and usually end around 12:00. Please make sure your wrestler has their fingernails trimmed and shoes tied with a double knot. After check-in we will post the schedule on our FB page. Please make sure your child has at least one match.
IF FOR SOME REASON YOUR CHILD IS NOT ON THE SCHEDULE, FIND COACH JEFF, TYLER, OR JORDAN IMMEDIATELY!!!!
It is your responsibility to make sure your wrestler is down by his/her scheduled mat and ready to wrestle at least 3 matches ahead of time for a pep talk. I will update asap with admission fees.
If your wrestler doesn’t feel comfortable in the singlet they can wear a tight fitting shirt underneath.
Wrestling is very exciting and we want all of our wrestlers to do their best, but we ask that you keep back from the mat and let our coaches do the coaching!
If your child doesn’t wrestle to your expectations, pleas remember it’s their first match of the season! There’s lots of emotions and noise going on. THEY NEED YOUR SUPPORT MORE THAN ANYTHING to be successful in this sport!!! We don’t lose wrestling matches WE LEARN!
