First Night Monterey 2025 – Celebrate!

A community celebration of the arts on New Year's Eve, FNM is an affordable, alcohol-free family celebration. Check our website for an overview of the program (25 different groups in more than 60 sets), Kids' Night Out art activities, ticket information and sales. Download the program guide in late December and plan your night ahead by reviewing the program and performers – it's a big night with nine hours of entertainment!

FIRST ACT FOR THE YOUNG-AT-HEART!

The most creative New Year's Eve for your family! First Night Monterey 2025 and Kids' Night Out kicks off our 32nd annual celebration of the Arts at 3 PM with the Opening Ceremony at Colton Lawn on Pacific Street. Azted Dancers and Taiko drummers call us to begin! Music, song, drumming, dance, art creating, hat making and more will complete your artful time! Kids' Night Out culminates with the 5:30 PM Twilight Procession serving as the Kids' Finale.

THE SECOND ACT: THE MAIN EVENT!

Buy Buttons and "Button-up" for nine hours of entertainment! From Rap to Jazz, Indie to Rock, Bluegrass to World Music! FNM 2025 will have a line-up of over 60 performances designed to delight the entire family, including bands, dancers and exciting performances.
