First Moon Circle — Art of the Heart

Give your child a confident, empowered start to puberty and menstruation with a First Moon Circle, a sacred, inclusive, and joyful rite of passage experience for children ages 9–12 and their caregivers.

This 3-hour gathering goes beyond basic school period education to offer body literacy, self-care tools, emotional safety, and celebration as children approach their first period.
