The Terraces Townhomes is a 57 unit single-home community under construction at 67 Shoe Factory Road in Blairsville. The first 14 homes are now released, and we are officially opening the doors to the community.
Join us at the Union County Community Center on Tuesday, September 1st, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. Come see what we are building, ask direct questions, and find out exactly how the reservation and buying process works.

About the homes
Two story townhomes with single story living; a main floor owner’s suite, two upstairs bedrooms, a flex space, and an attached garage. Select homesites include walk-out basements. Every home is built with 2x6 exterior framing, James Hardie siding, metal roofing, quartz/granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and much more!
Every home also comes with a smart home package included in the base price: two ecobee smart thermostats, Moen leak detectors, myQ garage control, and an all-in-one smart lock, doorbell, and camera at the front door.
