The First Ladies Anchored In Grace (FLAIG) is a network of pastor’s wives that provides support, fellowship, and mentorship for women married to pastors. It offers a safe, confidential environment where First Ladies can navigate the unique opportunities and challenges of ministry life, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships with women who understand their journey.

Through these conversations, participants will find encouragement and practical wisdom from those who have walked similar paths, helping each other grow emotionally and spiritually. This openness strengthens their sense of community, provides valuable support, and empowers First Ladies to flourish personally, spiritually, and in their ministry alongside their spouse as they navigate the unique role of being a pastor’s wife.

FLAIG is committed to promoting spiritual and emotional well-being. Recognizing that those who pour into others also need care themselves.
