The Manitoba Museum is excited to present their First Fridays programming! On the First Friday of every month from 4 pm to 9 pm the museum offers free general admission to the Museum Galleries, Planetarium, and Science Gallery.
For this event, all attendees must sign the log book. This is mainly because of the size of the area and tracking who in attendance. I will try to gain access to Festival Hall as a meet up point. If I cannot get in, I will place myself near the elevator / washroom lobby. You may come early, and stay late, but the log book will only be available from 5PM to 6PM. At that point, I will need to leave.
Attend an event, and find a cache! While visiting the musuem, you also have the opportunity to find a Virtual Cache hidden by ernie&bert&elmo&grover (GCAJG57 - Unequalled!) without having to pay an entrance fee!
Important Information: There is a lot of construction happening around the building. The James Ave and Main St entrances are temporarily closed. To gain access to the building you can get in via the Parkade entrance on Lily Ave. Follow this link for current information on the Museum Access
