First Fridays Book Club & Yoga Night
You are invited to join us as we discuss Part 1 of Sacred Rest by Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith. The book is available on Amazon & Audible.
We will spend 30-40 minutes discussing the book and then 20-25 minutes with a slow flow restorative yoga session. Please bring a yoga mat or a towel and dress comfortably.
