This is not one of them.

This is an invitation into something deeper.

A guided breathwork journey designed to move what’s been held, followed by a grounded sound meditation to support integration.

The theme is simple, but not always easy:

“I am enough.”

WHAT TO EXPECT

This is an active, somatic experience.

Breath becomes the entry point.

The body may respond.

People sometimes:

• Cry

• Shake or release tension

• Feel waves of emotion

• Experience clarity, relief, or unexpected insight

This is not performance.

This is not forced.

This is what can happen when the body is given space to speak.

Following breathwork, you’ll be guided into a sound meditation with crystal bowls and gongs to help settle, integrate, and restore.

A PERSONAL NOTE

I’ve experienced this work myself.

I cried.

My body moved in ways I didn’t expect.

At moments it felt intense.

And afterward… there was a kind of clarity and openness that stayed with me.

It’s something I think about often.

That’s why we’re offering it.

We provide mats, blankets, and bolsters for your comfort.

You’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Water recommended.

An open mind, and willingness to meet yourself honestly.
