First Friday of February: Breathwork & Sound Meditation X Seta's Seminary

Join us for a First Friday experience combining Wim Hof–style breathwork and immersive sound meditation at The Studio in Midtown Reno.

The evening begins with guided breathwork inspired by the , designed to energize the body, sharpen awareness, and support nervous system regulation. From there, participants are guided into a spacious sound meditation featuring large planetary gongs and crystal singing bowls.

Meditation here is not about forcing stillness.

It is about meeting breath, sound, and sensation with attention.

This experience is for you if you’re looking to:

• Release stress and mental fatigue

• Experience breathwork in a safe, guided setting

• Rest deeply through sound
