Looking for a fun, empowering, and active way for your child to spend their Friday evening? Join us at Kore Self Defense for our Free First Friday Kore Warriors Class!

Designed for kids ages 5 to 12, this free monthly event gives your child a taste of Loudoun County’s premier youth self-defense curriculum. We believe that children learn best when they’re having too much fun to realize they’re working. Through play-based, research-backed games and drills, your child will learn highly practical, reality-based self-defense skills in a safe and supportive environment.

What Your Child Will Learn:

• Bully Management: Age-appropriate verbal and physical responses to handle emotional and physical bullying.
• Verbal Boundaries: How to use their voice confidently to stop conflict before it starts.
• Stranger Awareness: Recognizing and responding to threats from adults without living in fear.
• Confident Decision Making: Staying calm and solving problems under pressure.

What to Expect & Bring:

• Attire: Comfortable athletic clothing (t-shirt and sweatpants/shorts) that allows for easy movement.
• Hydration: Please bring a water bottle.
• Mindset: Get ready for a high-energy, fun, and welcoming environment!

About the Kore Warriors Program: This free event is an introduction to our official Kore Warriors Program. Our full members-only curriculum provides a developmentally appropriate path for every stage of your child’s growth, from early movement and focus (Rangers & Alpha Teams) to intermediate conflict resolution (Bravo Team) and advanced bridging curriculums (Delta Team).
