♦ First Friday Goth Night ♦ October Edition will be an evening of exploring the foundational bands of Goth with Santa Fe's own DJ Danny DeTox!! Generation I and II bands such as: Bauhaus, Joy Division, the Sisters of Mercy, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Christian Death, The Mission UK, Fields of the Nephilim, Dead Can Dance, Mephistos Waltz...
♦ Danny emerged into the LA dj scene in 2011, playing bars and clubs across the Southland through 2020 including residencies at La Cuevita, Boomtown, and Màs Malo. The pandemic era found him relocating to Columbus, OH before transplanting to New Mexico in 2024. Never one to play "just the hits," each set is an aural opportunity to journey through deep cuts and dancefloor favorites, contemporary and classic. Expect a night of dark wave, gothic rock, 80s alternative and global post-punk for your First Friday experience at Expressions on October 2.
