🍁 Save the Date: November 7th - First Friday Fusion- Foliage Frolic 🍂Celebrate the colors and rhythms of the season with us at this month’s First Friday Fusion! Our theme is meant to celebrate the vibrant colors of autumn, so think yellows, oranges, and reds as we flow into the cooler months with warm connection through dance.
📍 Venue: Murmurations Aerial Dance – 208 Flynn Ave #3i, Burlington, VT 05401
(Entrance at the south end of the 208 Flynn Ave building, shared space with Nomad Coffee!)
🍂Fall Into Motion - Optional Costuming!
Show up in your favorite fall colors, cozy flannel, flowing scarves, autumn-inspired tones, or anything that celebrates the season’s richness.
💃 Workshop: Explore musical interpretation through physical communication with Jacki Kirby! With some steps and techniques borrowed from kizomba and urban kiz, we will practice illustrating music with partner dancing. This will require a willingness to "hear" your partner’s response to both you and the music, whether you are leading or following. Come play in the beats!
Open to all levels!
🎶 Social Dance: After the workshop, enjoy a night of fusion social dancing with a versatile playlist featuring West Coast Swing, Blues, Tango, Waltz, and more.
⚕️ Health and Safety:
Please join us only if you're feeling well. Masks are optional, and we respect everyone’s personal choice. No vaccination proof required.
👟 Footwear Reminder:
Bring clean, soft-soled, non-marking shoes to keep the floor and your moves in top form.

We’ve had past issues with scuffing and floor damage—please double-check your shoes to help us care for this beautiful space and ensure we can continue dancing at Murmurations.
