For the First Friday in October, the American Vegan Center is showing how quick and easy delicious vegan food can be. American Vegan Society staff and volunteers perform 5 minute cooking demos on the half hour (6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30). Visitors can enjoy the whole evening or drop in anytime for some fun tips, food, and socializing. All recipes will be available on a handout.
6:00 pm Jigna Adhuria Bean Protein Dip
6:30 pm Lisa Melian Chocolate Cake
7:00 pm Clint Dinshah Pasta La Vista
7:30 pm Sunny Linkfield Curried Squash Soup
Samples will be available to taste after each demo, plus other foods. Come join the fun!
