For the First Friday in April, the American Vegan Center is showing how quick and easy delicious vegan food can be. American Vegan Society staff and volunteers perform 5 minute cooking demos on the half hour (6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30). Visitors can enjoy the whole evening or drop in anytime for some fun tips, food, and socializing. All recipes will be available on a handout.6:00 pm Elena Sequeira – Bola de fuego
6:30 pm Taz Patterson – Chickpea Tuna Wraps
7:00 pm Damon McCool – Stuffed Dates
7:30 pm Clint Dinshah – Cucumber Guacamole
Samples will be available to taste after each demo, plus other foods. Come join the fun!
