Cat Plan, a Green Bay-based gypsy jazz collective, will bring their lively, woodwind-infused swing to the Neenah Public Library as part of the First Friday Concert Series. Featuring a mix of classic and contemporary jazz tunes, the group’s unique blend of guitars, mandolin, saxophone, flute, and clarinet delivers an energetic and spontaneous performance style.
