We will have FREE up-front, car-show-style VIP parking reserved for classic cars at the First Friday Concert & Art Show, Court Street at the intersection of High Street (400 High St., Portsmouth VA). Bring the "better half" and enjoy the FREE concert from local legends Allen Hudson and the Halfmoons, beer & wine for sale, hot food on the grill, an ice cream shop across the street owned by teenage girl entrepreneurs, and 20+ local artists displaying their creations. All to support the non-profit Support Portsmouth Public Art group, the volunteers who place murals and artwork throughout our city!
