Birding and amateur astronomy seem like two very different hobbies at first glance. However, there is a significant overlap between the two activities. Understanding astronomy can help you understand birds and how you can take your binoculars from day to night and back again. Presented by Dr. Shannon Schmoll, Director of the Abrams Planetarium.
Live lectures start promptly at 6 p.m., there will be no late seating. Please arrive 15 minutes early for best seating.
