Hosted by First Fil-Am Church of Greater Dayton, this is the Filipino-American event of the year!

There will be two separate group of contestants: one for youth and adults, and the other is solely for kids, 12 years old and below. We will have 6 top winners, 3 winners for each group!
Grand Prize Winner: $500
Second Place: $200
Third Place: $100
Fourth, Fifth and Sixth placers: Consolation prizes

Registration is free, with free dinner for performers.
You must be 18 years old and above to register. If you're below 18 yrs old, ask your parent / guardian to register for you.

PARTICIPATION in the talent show is subject to approval by the organizers, and is FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. We shall have a maximum of 8 contestants / acts / performances only per group: 8 for youth-adults and 8 for kids, a total of 8 contestants/acts!

RULES:
Performance should be at least 3 minutes and not more than 5 minutes. It could be a solo, duet, or a group (max 20) performance of a song or dance, an ora0tion, a musical rendition, art show such as drawing/painting, a magic trick, a puppet show (ventriloquism), or stand up comedy.
Performances including the music must be wholesome, no obscenity. Water, Fire, and hazardous materials are not allowed. Any act or prop that may cause harm to the performer/s or the audience is not permissible.
Performances involving musical instruments: performers are to bring their own.
Music / accompaniment track must either be live or saved in a thumb drive as a MP3 or MP4.
Minors participating in the talent show must have a parent's / guardian's consent and must be accompanied by an adult related by consanguinity during the performance. A simple text message to the director of the show, Rhee Joyce Dobles, stating that the parent is allowing his/her son/daughter to participate will suffice as consent.
ALL PARTICIPANTS AND THE AUDIENCE/VIEWERS AUTOMATICALLY GIVE THEIR CONSENT TO HAVE THEIR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS BE POSTED / PUBLISHED IN SOCIAL MEDIA AND IN ANY MANNER OF PUBLICATION AND ADVERTISEMENT, magazine, flyer, online, etc.
Participants, contestants, viewers, attendees to the show free the organizers from any liability or accountability with regard to participating or being in the talent show / venue.
IMPORTANT!!!

Participants are willing to provide a photo and a short write up about themselves including about the talent/s that God gave them and why they wish to participate in the talent show (not more than 300 words). These will be included (for free) in our souvenir book for this event, which the participants automatically agree to in joining this event.
For the participant/s to be included in the souvenir book, submit the photo and the write up on or before May 15, 7 pm.
