Welcome to our first ever photo gathering 苗族服装 Miao clothing Date: 3 November 2024 (Sunday)
Time: 4:00PM - 7:00PM
Fees:
RM 100/pax (Early bird before 27 October 2024)
RM 120/pax (Usual rate)
Ratio 5-6:1
Location: Perdana Botanica Garden, Kuala Lumpur
Theme: Chinese Miao Costume
Meet up at 3:30pm
The photo shoot starts at 4:00pm sharp

DISCLAIMER, TERMS & CONDITIONS :
1.0 Strictly NO REFUNDS after the transaction has been successful. FULL REFUND will be issued when the said event has been called to cancel/ postpone.
2.0 Organizer is NOT responsible for:
- Any losses of cameras/ accessories throughout the whole event.
- Failure to turn up on time for shooting
- Participants forget to bring/ charge camera battery
- Any unforeseen accident, injury, or mishap
3.0 All photographs taken are mainly for hobby purposes ONLY and STRICTLY NOT for commercial purposes.
4.0 Participants need to:
- Be alert with the location & time. WhatsApp reminder messages will be sent 5-7 days before the shooting day.
- Always encourage to take care and concern for the other participants/ teammates. Especially with a portrait lens, never spend more time getting near the model and disturbing other participants during the shooting.
- No physical contact with the model.
- Do not request the model to attempt dangerous poses. She has the right to decline your request.
- Must always take good care of the model's safety first.
5.0 Please be noted that the actual shooting running time is 180 minutes (3 hours).
6.0 Ratio stated above is the participants (not including the organizers).
7.0 Do inform us earlier if you want your name to be anonymous. We will replace your name with a nickname.
8.0 By clicking ATTENDING it's not the proof of "reserve" or "booking" seats. Each event is based on a first come first serve basis on SUCCESSFUL & VALID transactions. Only participants that had made FULL PAYMENT are entitled to shoot. Drop us PM, and drop us a call for registration.
9.0 The organizer reserved the right to change the terms & conditions without prior notice.
10.0 The organizer has the right to ask the participants to leave the shooting area if he/ she breaks and is against any of the stated rules.
11.0 For this shooting event, viewers/ close relatives of participants/ your friend without a camera are prohibited to stay in the shooting zone.
