The First Degree Reiki Course is a beginner-friendly introduction to the practice of Reiki, focusing on self-healing, energy management, and personal transformation. Reiki Level 1 is the first step on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Before holding space for others, this practice encourages you to clear your own energy, raise your vibration, and expand your consciousness. Many students come to Reiki seeking connection, meaning, and healing—and through this practice, they often find exactly that. What You Will Learn:
• The history of Reiki, including its origins and foundational teachings.
• The traditional Reiki precepts, offering guidance on cultivating inner peace and well-being.
• An introduction to the seven main chakras and the bioenergetic field, helping you understand the body’s energy system.
• Instruction on Reiki hand positions and various hands-on healing techniques.
• Practice sessions to experience giving and receiving Reiki, building confidence in your ability to sense and channel energy.
• An exploration of the secret art of inviting happiness and the miraculous medicine of all diseases, as taught in traditional Reiki.
