This program is designed to help athletes become stronger, faster, and more explosive on the ice. It focuses on building lower-body strength for powerful skating strides, upper-body strength for battles and shooting, and core stability for balance and control. Players also perform quick, explosive movements to improve acceleration, agility, and shot power. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, gradual progression, and recovery to support performance and reduce injury risk throughout the season.
