First Day Hike & Festival

Spend the first day of the New Year amid nature and neighbors. Enjoy a winter hike along one of our three different recommended routes and come inside the Old Hook Mountain Bathhouse to warm up with complimentary coffee and cocoa and treats for sale provided by La Promenade, plus live music by the Einhorn Duo.

This is a dog friendly event with treats provided by The Family Pet Store in Nanuet. In adherence with State Park regulations, K-9 companions must be kept on a 6-foot maximum leash.

Remember to dress warmly in layers!

In the event of winter weather, festivities will be moved to the Kateri Lodge at Marydell. Updates about location will be made on this page as weather information becomes available.
