We believe that we are all united through the grace of God given to us in Jesus Christ and therefore we do not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, political views, etc. I try to remind our people that part of the gift of diversity is that although we may not look alike, walk alike, think alike, or vote alike; we are united through the grace of God given to us in Jesus Christ.
