Join us for an unforgettable weekend celebrating the power of storytelling. From solo performance to collaborative creation, this weekend festival features the Charleston debut of Dan Hoyle’s Takes All Kinds, a powerful piece of journalistic theater exploring
the currents of American democracy through real voices and lived experiences—from barbershops in Vegas to the legacy of Mother Emanuel right here in Charleston.
In addition to performances of Takes All Kinds, the weekend package includes:
• Begineer Playwrights Workshops with celebrated writers including Elyzabeth
Gregory Wilder, Steven Dietz, York Walker, Rodney Lee Rogers, and Brad Erickson
• A Season 23 Playwrights Panel, with featured guests
