*Thursday December 5

*tasting fee, only $10, gets you all the Chili you can eat (while supplies last), and hot dogs, with all the fixings
*enter a chili (a total of 16 spots available, 4 are already taken by the Phun Coast Parrothead Club) and you get two free tasting tickets
*Invited are the Flagler Beach Parrothead Club, and there is a competition to see which club averages the higher score! We will a Cabana Boy bet between the Two Club Presidents.
*Three Trophies to be given away, first three places
*beverages can be purchased at the bar, we will have a dedicated bar tender
*There will be a 50/50 raffle

CHILI COOK-OFF RULES
1—STIRLING & PAUL, AS DIRECTORS OF THE EVENT, HAVE THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY DECISION TO HANDLE ANY ISSUE RELATED TO COOK OFF
2--YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MENTION WHICH CHILI IS YOURS. DOING SO WILL DISQUALIFY YOUR CHILI.
3--TOPPING AND GARNISHES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CHEESE, CORN CHIPS, SOUR CREAM, ETC. ARE NOT PERMITTED. CHILI ONLY, THANKS.
4—YOUR CHILI MUST BE THERE BY 1:45PM, SO CAN SET IT UP, & WARM IT
5—2:15PM TASTING/JUDGING BEGINS, ENDS @ 3:15PM (ONE HOUR)
7—TROPHIES WILL BE AWARDED @ 3:30PM
8—CHILI ENTRANTS GET TWO (2) FREE ADMISSION/TASTING TICKETS
9—HAVE YOUR CHILI IN A 5-6 QUART CROCK POT AND PLEASE BRING A SERVING SPOON
