First Annual CCF 5K & Family Fun Walk

Come out and join us Saturday, September 19th for the Children’s Cardiomyopathy Foundations FIRST annual 5K & Family Fun Walk! This event is to raise awareness about pediatric cardiomyopathy and to raise funds for research to one day find a cure. My youngest son Gabriel was diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and received a heart transplant 2 years ago from this disease. Today, he is growing and thriving. I’ve become an ambassador with the foundation to help spread awareness and to help other families that have been impacted by pediatric cardiomyopathy.
