The Golden Spurs Booster Club is excited to announce the inaugural Golden Brisket BBQ Brisket Competition—a thrilling annual fundraiser that combines mouth-watering brisket, friendly competition, and community spirit. Hosted on the grounds of Legacy Ranch High School, this event promises to be a sizzling good time for a great cause: supporting the Golden Spurs dance team.
Entry to the competition is simple—make your famous brisket and donate it to the booster club. Each competition brisket will not only be judged but also transformed into delicious brisket sandwiches, loaded Greater Taters, and brisket à la carte meals for attendees to enjoy, raising much-needed funds for the Golden Spurs team’s performances, uniforms, and competitions.
Competitors will vie for glory and recognition, with the top three pit masters walking away with custom-designed belt buckles for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. The ultimate champion will have their name immortalized on the coveted Golden Brisket Trophy, earning bragging rights as the best brisket master in town.
